A No Win, No Fee Service from Alpha Law

If so, we may be able to offer you representation on a “No Win, No Fee” basis. We specialise purely in employment law and each of our employment lawyers has many years’ experience of acting for employees in employment tribunal claims. We consistently deliver outstanding results for our clients at tribunal and in negotiated settlements

Costs vary considerably in employment cases, depending upon the nature and complexity of the case and the approach of the other parties. A one day unfair dismissal claim is likely to cost in excess of £7,000 plus vat and these costs are rarely recoverable even if you are successful.

Legal costs of at least £12,000 plus vat are likely to be incurred in pursuing an unlawful discrimination claim to tribunal. With a No Win, No Fee arrangement you only pay legal costs if we are successful in securing compensation for you and the maximum you will pay us is 35% of the value of your settlement.

Should you wish, we will also obtain insurance for you to cover the cost of the Tribunal fees which are £250 to issue the claim and £950 for the hearing fee. You will not, therefore, need to pay out any money at all unless you are successful in your claim.
